A wonderful pre-Raphaelite style oil on panel depicting The Annunciation with the winged Angel Gabriel and a kneeling Holy Mary. Old labels verso with artist details and gallery labels. Approximate image dimensions are: 30'' x 26 1/2'' (76cm x 67cm). From a North Yorkshire private family collection. Henry Immencamp was born in Munich but lived in Hull, Yorkshire from 1899 until 1914. He specialised in portraits and painted several murals in St Charles's Church, Hull.He died in Germany in 1936.
