Liam Matthew is an amateur expressionist artist based out of Arizona. I paint En Plein Air out in the beautiful Arizona Sonoran desert and at my home studio. I have also completed workshops at Scottsdale Artist School and Art atelier. An artist is not paid for his labor but for his vision.
