Large 1912 Antique Ocean City Yacht Club NJ Maritime Burgee Flag Signed
This is a dated 1912 Antique Ocean City Yacht Club Maritime Burgee Flag. This unique vice Commodores' flag was given by the Ocean City Yacht Club Commodore to the Vice Commodore.
It is inscribed in pen To Vice Commodore Charles T. Hexamer was the Commodore at that time.
I believe the two white stars on this flag may be indicative of a Vice commodore. This flag is made of woven wool. It is 31 inches long and 20 inches at the widest end.
It does have some minor staining and a few small moth holes, but still looks great. This is a rare historic Ocean City Yaccht Club flag.This flag is from the era of beautiful wooden boats. How lovely it all must have been. Please feel free to ask questions. View my other Ocean City Yacht Club flag.
