Rare, (large size) original signed, framed watercolor on paper under glass. Painted by Clarence Braley, one of the finest antique, American Impressionist artists. Renown for his scenic New England and Massachusetts landscapes. Both the frame and glass are original to the piece.
A subtle wave pattern can be seen in the glass when viewed on an angle, which denotes the age of the piece. Framed at SW Raymond Picture Framing. Signed in the lower right corner. No notable flaws on the watercolor. There are a 3 chips on the wooden frame, which I believe add to the history, character, aesthetics of the piece. Any spots you see on the glass are reflections from the windows in the room. (Additional pictures available upon request).
