Beautiful Large Antique Victorian Gold Cameo Brooch. Very nicely carved and a good size too. Gold frame stamped 9ct to reverse, with maker's mark RC.
The pin is base metal, and I suspect the safety chain is too. There are some pawnbroker's marks lightly scratched onto the side; these were very hard to photograph but please see picture 4. Some tarnish where the frane has been soldered together, one on the little bobbles is a little dented and another has a small hole, see picture 5.
The cameo itself is in good condition, and is even signed on the back. Please see pictures for size and condition. All of our items are antique or vintage so will often have some degree of light wear, minor scratching or discolouration, etc. For more information or pictures please do ask.
