ANTIQUE LIMOGES PORCELAIN Large CACHEPOT VASE Mums Butterfly Gilt Signed Rare

A rare, antieuq Limoges procelain cachepot or vase with handpainted mums and a butterfly one one side and mums on the reverse. Heavy gold trim on the side handles, four ball feet and a narrow top rim. This is a much larger piece than many you will see other places, measuring just under 10" tall, 7 1/2" wide and 4 1/4 deep. The size of these pieces determines their rarity and importance. The marking is the green factory ow W.

This particular piece has an additional signature on the bottom F. 21 which makes this a true antique over 100 years old. There are no chips, cracks or repairs. The paint and gold gilding are intact througout. A fantastic and rare addition to any collection.
