For sale we are delighted to present this beautiful Antique signed solid bronze figurine of a Mariner casting a rope with anchor to base of feet, stood on a rocky outcrop the sculptor has added creases and swag to the mariner's knitted jumper adding a beautiful detailed pose, this bronze art work is of superior quality circa 1900 & signed to the base of the bronze & seated on a the veined marble base. Condition is fantastic for age, fantastic patina no breaks or repairs and solid & sturdy. Measurements 35 cm height, base diameter is 14 cm.
