Antique Cameo Large Pendant Brooch, Shell 14K Gold, Lady Dancing, Signed, c 1905
Antique Bull's Mouth Shell Cameo Brooch Pendant 14K Yellow Gold Setting woman dancing in clouds c. 1905 This large, attractive brooch pendant is 2 1/2" x 1 7/8", exclusive of the bale.
The cameo is signed on the back, but I can't make out the name (see photos). The cameo is free of chips. There are hairline cracks in the upper left corner (see photos), and some soiling on the surface that I did not remove.
There is a slight bend on the setting on the upper left. The safety clasp and swivel bale are in good working condition. The brooch is marked with 14K on the clasp. It was probably made in Italy.
