5 Large GRUEBY POTTERY Antique ARTS CRAFTS Mustard Brown FIELD TILES Tile SIGNED. Set of 5 unusually large deep mustard brown field tiles, each impressed on backside with the mark of GRUEBY POTTERY. I have photographed the tiles on both a white and a black background.
The color seen with the white background is a truer color, as the color appears lighter on the black background. These are large and heavy tiles. Each tile measures approximately 5 3/4" x 8 3/4" and is a whopping 3/4 thick.
Total weight is nearly 14 POUNDS! These display beautifully, with minor nicks to edges, as expected. No cracks, hairlines, hidden damage, or repairs.Guaranteed to be antique circa-1890's, and not a modern reproduction! All items are from a smoke-free home.
