1584, Large Antique Original Handwritten Manuscript On Vellum, Signed With Seal

Original signed and sealed manuscript document on vellum from 1584 with a white seal in the lower right hand corner. This document is entirely handwritten, but there is some fading to the writing in some places. When unfolded it measures approximately 18 1/2" x 16". It has some soiling and creases from being folded and stored for hundreds of years. Some minor wear and discoloration, else in very good condition.
