12 INCH Hand Painted Porcelain Charger Art Deco Parrots Artist Signed. Pleased to offer a colorful and large hand painted German porcelain charger in a lively orange and green with black and gold parrot design. Condition is very good with no chips or cracks or crazing. It is marked on the back with the green crown Royal Bavaria mark and signed by the 2 artists, Mollie Reisgen and Margie Reisgen, Dec 14th 1914.
