Antique Large 1912 Joseph Greenwood Early Autumn Landscape Painting
It is painted on stretched canvas and depicts a sunlit impressionist landscape probably somewhere in Massachusetts. It is titled "Early Autumn" and shows a large tree in the left center of a meadow with the hills in the distance starting to turn for the fall foliage. There is reflecting sunlight throughout and it is signed and dated in lower left.
It is large and measures 32" by 26" and is in very good all original condition. The 20th Century gilt wood frame measures 39" by 33".
