Hello, you are viewing my listing for an Antique L F MOREAU Figural Table Lamp made in Paris France. This Large Metal Figural Lamp shows a Woman Working the Fields. It is Signed L & F Moreau and also has the Paris France Stamp present. A magnet will not stick to the metal.

This lamp weighs 14.2 pounds and measures 28 and 1/4" tall up to the top of the light bulb socket by 23 and 1/2" tall up to the top of the woman's head by 8 and 3/4" wide at the bottom base by 8 and 1/2" deep at the bottom base. This lamp does not work. The lamp is missing most of the paint that was present. It has a creepy eerie feel with the way the paint is missing throughout. It almost has a Gothic feel.

There is some wear present however there are no breaks or repairs. The woman is slightly loose from the base and the light socket rod that connects to the back of the woman has a newer screw holding it in place. This is a wonderful lamp for the collector of the weird and strange. I find the lamp appealing the way it is and would not change a thing however that decision is up to the new owner.
