Antique Extra Large Wooden Grain Measure - J. This is a wonderful large measure from the J. This address info was taken from an envelope dated 1887. The measure is marked J. SEALER Boston on the inside bottom.

It appears to be double walled. There is a repair on the inside wall. There are wonderful cast iron earred handles and iron bands around the top and bottom rims.

There appears to have been crisscrossed iron straps on the bottom that are now missing. The measure has a diameter of 14 1/2" x 8" tall.
